Reiki 1 Course / Attunement
This weekend is an intensive course where you will be attuned to Usui Reiki energy and learn to use it for your own benefit and to help others.
Reiki 1 increases self awareness and is a positive step in your life. It is the basis for all Reiki applications. Over the weekend you will receive the attunements which create the channels for the energy to flow through your hands. The attunements are an inner cleansing process.
We cover the history and lineage of the Usui Tradition, ethics, basic anatomy and physiology. How to work with the chakras and energy fields, and meditation. You will learn the hand positions for self healing and treating family, friends, plants and animals. ... and more ...
The cost of the weekend is £80 - this includes a comprehensive manual.
The maximum number on the course is 4.

Reiki 2 Attunements
This weekend introduces you to the first 3 Reiki symbols and how to use them in treatments and distant healing. There is more intense practise of procedures learnt on the Reiki 1 weekend. At this level you may start your own Reiki practice so we cover client care, keeping records, insurance, Associations and ethical practice and the practical side of running a business. The cost of this weekend is £130 - this includes a comprehensive manual.
