Brian Colling

With many years of experience as a therapist I bring a touch that is entirely professional yet sensitive to need. Each massage I give is unique depending on the client's requirements and preferences.
From an early age I have been fascinated by how the body and mind works. I studied anatomy, physiology and massage with the Northern Institute of Massage and shortly after I became a ‘medic’ in the army.
I have trained to become a spiritual healer and a Reiki practitioner and I now work on different levels from deep tissue massage to healing the whole being.
I use the healing potential of subtle energies including Reiki and sound to bring about well-being in myself as well as others. My aim has always been to serve other people and the planet.

My life has been a journey of spiritual exploration, which has taken me along many paths and led to the person that I am today.
I have always been interested in alternative therapies, health and ways to find wholeness and happiness in our lives. I believe that everyone should have an opportunity to find peace and contentment. This has led to my study of counselling, shamanism, sound healing, and more recently, to my training to become a Reiki Master.
The therapies I practise complement each other. They work towards restoring balance and harmony in the patient, raising self-esteem and reducing stress and tension. They have been important in my own life and helped form my understanding of the world and the fascinating people in it.
